London, United Kingdom – Fiji’s outsourcing industry will be in the limelight in coming days as Outsource Fiji gears up to exhibit at a Call & Contact Centre Expo, in ExCeL, London. The Call & Contact Centre Expo, Europe’s leading event for customer engagement professionals, will be held on 22 and 23 November 2022.

Outsource Fiji Executive Director, Ms Sagufta Janif says that the Expo will provide Fiji with an opportunity to meet with Europe’s top contact centre executives and experience the latest developments in the contact centre space.

“Fiji’s outsourcing industry is still in its infant stage and in order to take the industry to the next level, we need to ensure that Fiji reaches the doorstep of global businesses who are under our radar. Being part of leading events like this not only allows us to exhibit Fiji as an outsourcing destination of choice, but it helps us understand the current trends in the market, which we can integrate in the industry back home”, she said.

Ms Janif is also one of the industry speakers at the Call and Contact Centre Expo, where she will be focusing on aspects that make Fiji a unique outsourcing destination.
