Bula and thank you for your interest in applying for the Learning Planet Scholarships being offered by Outsource Fiji. The Learning Planet Scholarship is one-month scholarship which offers online course delivery; and gives successful applicants access to a comprehensive training resource library that can be accessed at any time, providing a revolutionary online learning experience for individuals in the fields of Sales, Customer Service, Leadership, and Personal Development. The modules on this open-source learning platform, are specifically tailored to meet the needs of agents employed within the industry.

Qualifying Criteria
- Educational Background:
- Must have successfully passed Form 6 examinations in Fiji.
- Employment Status:
- Must be currently unemployed and actively seeking employment
- Applicants must submit a letter signed by a JP confirming their unemployment status
- Age Criteria:
- Minimum age requirement – 18 years
- Commitment and Motivation:
- Must exhibit a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
- Applicants should demonstrate motivation, passion, and a clear understanding of the potential benefits of the program
- Availability and Dedication:
- Must be available and committed to actively participating in the training modules.
- Applicants should be willing to dedicate sufficient time and effort to complete the training successfully.
- Applicants must have access to a computer and internet connectivity as the program is completely delivered online
Application Requirements
Applicants must complete the online application form: http://bit.ly/3rDSnpl and submit it before 4pm on Monday 31 July 2023 with the following documents:
- A valid photo ID
- Birth Certificate
- Joint Card
- Unemployment letter signed by JP
- Form 6 examination results and/University transcripts
- A copy of the CV including two references
Selection Process
The selection committee may conduct interviews or assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential of applicants. Consideration may be given to aligning applicants’ career aspirations with the training modules and their potential impact on employability.
